I'm Linda Guild
I’m a visionary architect of organizational growth and human-centered leadership. As the CEO and Founder of Elephant Circle Management and CEO of The Guild Associates, I partner with leaders and associations who are ready to evolve, innovate, and expand their impact.

My path—from classical studies to international travel, public health advocacy, and decades in association management—has shaped the way I see organizations, leadership, and people. It has given me a global perspective and a deep understanding of how people learn, lead, and collaborate.

I’m drawn to complexity and the challenge of making it clearer. My work focuses on helping organizations design structures that support both their mission and the people behind it, creating stronger foundations for meaningful and sustainable growth.
